On Sunday 11 May, Sally Austen, Lauren Graham, Eden Button, Soph Brunskill, Jenny Thompson, Olivia Davison and team manager Jacqui Teasdale embarked on a 10 mile walk in Kielder Forest to raise funds for Bowel Cancer UK in support of their former captain and friend, Liz Hawes. Liz has just completed her final round of chemotherapy showing great strength, positivity and resilience throughout.

There were some tired legs at the end of the walk which they completed in less than 4 hours, celebrating with a well deserved pint!

They smashed their target of £500 by raising £738 in donations as at 12 May, all of which goes directly to Bowel Cancer UK.
