We didn't have a fixture this week, so when asked to make the numbers up at Houghton (vs Billingham) we jumped at the opportunity.

Our attacking ruck was really good, we protected our ball well and rarely lost possession. We were better in the defensive ruck, and counter rucked well to turn ball over.

One of the highlights for me today was seeing some team tries where passes were being made to put teammates in for tries.

Big shout to Esme who returned to the field, and played so well, after struggling early on.
But it was Tori who got Brave of the match for her dominance around the ruck, tackling, leadership and encouragement. This was also highlighted by a Billingham coach. Well done Tori.
