Thanks to some amazing people stepping forward last week, we’ve filled a number of vital roles ?
But there are still a few key areas where we need help to keep the club running smoothly.
These are our top 5 vacancies right now:
First Aiders (per team)
Every team should have at least one first aider to cover training and matches. We can arrange training if you’re not certified.
Team Manager – U16 Girls
This is the only age group without a manager. Helps with comms, admin, and fixture support so coaches can coach.
Grounds Manager
Keeps the pitches marked and match-day ready. A couple of hours a week makes game days stress-free.
Fundraising Coordinator
Organises small events, raffles, and activities to boost club funds. Fun, creative, and vital for keeping costs low for families.
Cleaning Coordinator
Leads a simple rota to keep the clubhouse and changing rooms clean and welcoming. Only 30 mins a week.
You don’t need rugby knowledge or big chunks of time. Each of these roles is flexible, supported by the committee, and makes a huge difference to how our club runs.
