Today these included:
'You’re so disciplined around the ruck', 'Your scrum is so strong' and 'Your defensive line works really well'.
These are aspects we've worked hard on in training and it's really paying off. What's even better is that the lads can see now the benefits of getting this consistently right.

We started really strongly today, always on the front foot, driving Jarrovians back and not giving them time to reset.

Isaac, Riley, Ben S, Finley and Elliot all got tries today, with Oliver J and Riley adding conversions, but the team needs to take credit for putting them in scoring positions. A number of team tries scored today, with some nice passing and support.

Elliot was voted by the opposition as player of the match, their coach describing him as a machine.
Thomas was named forward of the match. He does so much unseen work, controlling the scrums and pinching ball at the breakdown.
Ben S was named back of the match, playing out of position today he found more space, made some fantastic runs and is getting more confident in defence.

A great performance to end the year.
