The U13's had a fantastic, albeit very early, away day at Consett. This was our second match as Juniors and we followed up the excellent performance at Sunderland with another great display.

The hard work and commitment of the lads is reaping rewards with all elements of our game proving too much for Consett. Trailing by 2 tries at half time we pulled away to win the match 55-30 with a complete team display.

Our forwards dominated the tight and loose, creating the space and opportunities for our backs. The pressure created by our defensive line suffocated the Consett attack and lead to a number of desperate kicks that we returned effectively.

We were captained by Cohen Ross and MOM was Ewan John for his 5 tries.
